Terms and Conditions

All business undertaken is subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX, in its latest version. You can find a copy in multiple languages here. In addition to the applicable Dutch Forwarding Conditions in its latest version, the principal shall continuously indemnify Air Cargo Alliance BV. against all claims from third parties connected with any order given to Air Cargo Alliance BV.  including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable, and the principal shall provide sufficient security against any of such claims.
